| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Town of Cortlandt to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 6, 2011, and December 8, 2011, respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until August 21, 2012, and the joint record or appendix on appeal and the appellant's respective briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
