Motion by the appellant to enlarge his time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 8, 2011, and to hear that appeal together with an appeal from an order of the same court dated July 20, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the judgment dated August 8, 2011, is enlarged until August 31, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
