Motion by the appellant to vacate an order of this court dated April 30, 2012, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County entered June 20, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the application is granted the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further
ORDERED on the court's own motion that the time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before July 27, 2012.
