Jamaica Seven, LLC, Respondent, v Sandra Villacres, Appellant, et al., Undertenants.

Motion by appellant to stay the reletting of the premises and the removal of appellant's possessions therefrom pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered November 29, 2011, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, to settle a transcript and to add additional parties, or for alternative relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted solely to the extent of enlarging appellant's time to perfect the appeal to October 5, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before October 5, 2012, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
