Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, dated May 25, 2012. Cross motion by respondents to vacate the temporary stay and, in effect, to deny appellant's motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,
