It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 5, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 13, 2012, and inserting in its place the date August 24, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 5, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 30, 2012, and inserting in its place the date September 10, 2012.
