It is hereby ORDERED that the motion only insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 10, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 26, 2012, and inserting in its place the date September 25, 2012.
Memorandum: No further extension of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
