| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiff for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, entered February 22, 2012, which reversed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 18, 2012. Cross motion by the defendants for leave to appeal to this Court from stated portions of the same order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
