Motion by the petitioner-appellant to enlarge his time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated March 31, 2011, and a judgment of the same court dated May 26, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the petitioner-appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 1, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the petitioner-appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
