Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 24, 2012, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as continued the temporary restraining orders contained in an order to show cause of the same court dated December 9, 2011, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
