Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 19, 2012, and July 12, 2012, respectively, and to stay enforcement of those orders and an order of the same court dated July 13, 2012, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Application by the appellants for leave to withdraw the appeal from the order dated July 12, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal from the order dated July 12, 2012 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-06824), is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
