Application by the respondents Galileo Cortlandt, LLC, and Centro GA Cortlandt, LLC, and separate application by the respondents Barnes Noble, Inc., and Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 7, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until October 1, 2012, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
