Motion by Barbara Goncalves for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated January 24, 2012, which determined an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 13, 2010. Her prior motion was denied by decision and order on motion dated May 11, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
