Motion by the appellants to enjoin the respondent from prosecuting or commencing any actions, proceedings, or arbitrations to recover first party no fault benefits pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 1, 2012, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
