DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated October 13, 2009 (People v Shakir, 66 AD3d 801), affirming a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County, imposed March 29, 2007, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 20, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
