The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Prince A. Z. K. Adekoya, II, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered May 4, 2012, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon appellant furnishing this court with proper papers.

Appellant has failed to furnish this court with the financial information necessary to determine whether he is indigent, having failed to submit a completed application for poor person relief.
