Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 11, 2011.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot.
The appeal from the order dated August 11, 2011, which denied a motion by appellant, in effect, to stay the execution of a warrant, is moot because, by order dated September 19, 2011, the Civil Court granted a subsequent motion by appellant, in effect, to stay the execution of the warrant.
