Motion by the appellant to direct the respondents to furnish printed copies of all exhibits submitted in CD-ROM format to the trial court in connection with the underlying motion on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 3, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondents must provide printed copies of the exhibits contained on the CD-ROM upon payment by the appellant of .30 per page and the motion is otherwise denied.
