DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file an answering brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 17, 2011. Cross motion by the appellant-respondent to direct the respondent-appellant to pay one half of the cost of printing the joint record and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file an answering brief is enlarged until September 24, 2012, and the answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted to the extent that the respondent-appellant shall pay one half of the cost of the joint record and provide proof of payment at the time that she files her answering brief, and the cross motion is otherwise denied.
