Separate motions by the appellants Jennifer Whittemore, Kristine O'Hara, and Xiusheng Qin, and the appellants Louis Thayer Merriam, Daniel Baran, Alice Greene, Ira Rampil, Paul Richman, Mohammad Zarrabi, and Stony Brook Surgical Associates, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 13, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 12, 2012, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
