DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the People to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 13, 2012, and March 15, 2012, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the cross appeal from the order dated March 15, 2012, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that Kevin White cannot appeal from the order either as of right or by permission (see CPL 450.10, 450.15); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the People's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until August 23, 2012.
