Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated December 22, 2011, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before September 12, 2012, upon proper papers, including (1) the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's current source of income and assets, and (2) the date the appellant is expected to return to work.
