Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Joy A. Kendrick, Esq., dated July 20, 2012, notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Neil Weinberg, Esq., sworn to July 31, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 25, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 24, 2012, and inserting in its place the date September 24, 2012.
