Motion by Thor DT Brooklyn Parking, LLC, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated April 2, 2012, which dismissed appeals from two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 17, 2010, and September 8, 2010, respectively.
