| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 25, 2012, on an appeal by Anthony Gilmane from an order of the County Court, Dutchess County, dated July 19, 2010, is amended by (1) deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "order of the County Court, Dutchess County, dated October 24, 2011," and substituting therefor the words "amended order of the County Court Dutchess County, dated October 27, 2011," (2) deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 24, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "October 19, 2012," and (3) deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 24, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "December 19, 2012".
