ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the plaintiff pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 28, 2011, January 27, 2012, and April 13, 2012, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated October 28, 2011, and January 27, 2012, is granted and the plaintiff'stime to perfect those appeals is enlarged until October 26, 2012, and the record or appendix on those appeals and the plaintiff's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated April 23, 2012, is denied as premature.
