ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated July 13, 2012, in the above-entitled matter on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated May 22, 2012, is amended by deleting therefrom the following address of the attorney for the appellant: "367 Windsor Highway, PMB 244, New Windsor, N.Y., 12523" and substituting therefor the following address "45 Quaker Avenue - Suite 208, Cornwall, N.Y. 12518".
