DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Enrico DeMarco, counsel for the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 13, 2011, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 16, 2011, which directed him to pay a sanction in the sum of $250 for failure to appear at a CAMP conference on October 14, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
