Motion by the respondents, in effect, to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 28, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before September 20, 2012, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing two letters from Irwin Popkin, dated March 30, 2011, and August 3, 2011, respectively, and an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 9, 2011.
