| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 19, 2011, and an order of the same court dated September 20, 2011, in effect, to deem the notice of appeal from the order to be a notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court entered November 7, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before September 20, 2012, the appellants' shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment entered November 7, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 22, 2012, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
