Appeal by Kevin Hope Finlay from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated June 22, 2012. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Karen C. Palumbo, Esq., dated August 5, 2012, it is
