Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Debra A. Norton, Esq., dated August 8, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Gary J. O'Donnell, Esq., dated August 15, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 26, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 8, 2012, and inserting in its place the date August 28, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 26, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 23, 2012, and inserting in its place the date September 12, 2012.
