support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and operation
of the order dated December 22, 2011 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on bail is continued until determination of the appeal
provided the appeal is perfected on or before October 19, 2012.
