| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Comprehensive Mental Assessment & Medical Care, P.C., All Mental Care Medicine, P.C., Points of Health Acupuncture, P.C., Horizon Psychological Services, P.C., Art of Healing Medicine, P.C., to enlarge the time to perfect their appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 10, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the movants' time to perfect their appeal is enlarged until October 22, 2012, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the movants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that David Barshay shall serve and file his answering brief, including his points of argument on the cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
