Motion by the appellant, in effect, to vacate an order of this court dated July 16, 2012, which dismissed judgments of conviction of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County rendered October 4, 2011, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the motion to vacate is granted and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further
ORDERED that appellant's motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before September 12, 2012.
