Motion by respondent to dismiss a purported appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered December 10, 2010, and from an order of the same court entered September 7, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary.
Appellants' appeal from the final judgment entered December 10, 2010 was dismissed by this court's decision and order dated February 22, 2012, and no appeal from the final judgment is pending in this court. Appellants did not properly file a notice of appeal from the order entered September 7, 2011, and no appeal from that order is pending in this court.
