Motion by Timothy P. Kebbe, Esq. and the Law Offices of Timothy Kebbe, counsel for respondent John Malabre on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered November 15, 2010, which appeal was determined by decision and order of this court dated July 18, 2012, for leave to withdraw as counsel, and for a stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking leave to withdraw as counsel is denied without prejudice to movants' seeking that relief in the Civil Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking a stay is denied.
