ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 19, 2012, in the above entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 7, 2011, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "December 11, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "December 7, 2011".
