Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 6, 2012, and to stay the appellant's eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the order to show cause of this Court dated August 3, 2012, in accordance with its terms.
