| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 15, 2009, and December 13, 2010, respectively, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 2012, which dismissed the appeals insofar as taken against the defendant Lenox Hill Hospital and to enlarge her time to serve and file a supplemental appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
