Appeal by James T. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 17, 2012. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 3, 2012, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain information within 30 days after the date of the decision and order on motion. The appellant has failed to file an affidavit of affirmation.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 3, 2012, issued pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
