In the Matter of Dominique Gagliardo, appellant,

v Yvette Puma-Grippe, et al., respondents.

(Docket No. V-4132-10)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Dominique Gagliardo from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated July 31, 2012.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.

DICKERSON, J.P., LEVENTHAL, BELEN and AUSTIN, JJ., concur.
