| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Gail Sobel (1) on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, two dated April 28, 2006, and one dated May 31, 2006, respectively, which were determined by a decision and order of this Court dated December 26, 2007, and (2) an appeal from an order of the same court dated October 14, 2010, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 10, 2012, inter alia, for leave to reargue the decision and order of this Court dated January 10, 2012, to vacate the order dated October 14, 2010, to direct the release of certain money held in escrow, to impose a sanction upon Mark Lew and his attorney, and to declare that she fully complied with the provisions of the decision and order of this Court dated December 26, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the order dated October 14, 2010, is denied without prejudice to making a motion for that relief the Supreme Court, Nassau County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
