| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 25, 2011, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the same court dated December 9, 2011, and December 23, 2011, respectively, and, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 19, 2012, as amended August 29, 2012, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 7, 2011, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated December 7, 2011, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from that order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated August 25, 2011, December 9, 2011, and December 23, 2011, respectively, are granted, and the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until October 9, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
