Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 23, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that within 10 days of the date of this decision and order appellant pay to respondent any and all arrears in rent and/or use and occupancy at the rate of $16,500 per month beginning with June 1, 2012 and continue to pay rent and/or use and occupancy to respondent at a like rate as it becomes due.
