ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 31, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 28, 2011, is amended by adding after the fifth paragraph thereof the following paragraph: "ORDERED that the filing fee is waived; and it is further,".
