Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 16, 2012, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before October 5, 2012, upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, the amount of equity in real property owned by the appellant, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses.
