ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 31, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the time for the defendants to perfect their respective appeals is enlarged until October 1, 2012, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the defendants' respective briefs on their appeals must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the plaintiffs shall file their responsive brief on or before November 14, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that the defendants Granite Building 2, LLC, Lalezarian Properties, LLC, Kulka Construction Corp., and Kulka Contracting, LLC, shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, including their points in response to the appeals of MCLO Structural Steel Corp., Canatal Industries, Inc., and FXR Contruction, Inc., on or before November 30, 2012; and the defendants MCLO Structural Steel Corp., Canatal Industries, Inc., and FXR Contruction, Inc., shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, if any, on or before December 17, 2012.
