Motion by the appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.20, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated June 13, 2012, which denied the appellant's application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated January 22, 2001 (People v Alston, 279 AD2d 583), modifying a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 8, 1998.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
