DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2009-2231 W CR
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Richard Long, Appellant.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that this appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, rendered October 7, 2009, is stricken from the general calendar on the ground that the record transmitted to this court is missing necessary papers. The record must include transcripts of all the adjournments as well as all motion papers that are relevant to the appeal and the orders deciding the motions, including, in particular, the transcript of the December 10, 2008 oral decision denying appellant's statutory speedy trial motion.
